Good Morning
Connor and I did a shorebird search around Edmonton yesterday. We covered about 370 kilometers and saw thousands of waterfowl and hundreds of shorebirds.
One of the highlights from a photography standpoint was photographing Lesser and Greater Yellowlegs in a section of flooded gravel road.
The road was running east to west so provided good lighting on the afternoon. The road was only flooded a couple of inches and it provided a nice reflecting pool. We sat on the road and had an unobstructed view.
Stay well
