Good Afternoon
This morning I am sharing a video of breakfast time on the Chilko River. One of our favourite places to photograph the bears is in the Blue Hole. This is a area of the river behind an island where the water is a little deeper and the current is slower. The dead salmon are washed into the hole and drop to the bottom. It is a favourite fishing spot for the bears. When there is not much activity elsewhere, we go and sit in the hole and wait to see who comes along.
