Yesterday I ventured out in the BMIU #1 (Bowhay Mobile Isolation Unit #1) to check out the spring raptor migration. I went out east of Edmonton to Tofield. There were lots of red-tailed and rough-legged hawks, northern shrikes and a few northern harriers. Most were hard to approach but a couple were more co-operative. I got lots of good shots and here are a couple.
