Yesterday was very windy and very good for photographing eagles. I went out to a local power plant cooling pond where about a thousand waterfowl spend the winter. This of course attracts eagles and yesterday it was treat because not only were there bald eagles, there were also golden eagles. I managed to get a couple of good shots as they cruised by slowly into the headwind.
