I have been reviewing my pictures for the past couple of days. It was three years ago that I spent a day in a bird hide with a Scotsman named Jimmy in the Sierra Altina mountains. I arranged for the use of the hides through my birding guide, Pau Lucio. In Spain, people have set up elaborate feeding and watering stations with photography hides that provide amazing opportunities to see and photograph birds. I used them a few times and always came away with great images.
